At Robin Woolard, we believe fine jewelry should be worn often, lived in and cared for properly over time. Our Room for Ring Service offers complimentary professional jewelry cleaning and inspection for all guests staying at The Fairmont Hotel as well as our San Francisco Bay Area neighbors.

Whether you are traveling with an engagement ring, celebrating a special occasion, or simply want your jewelry refreshed and inspected by experienced hands, we invite you to visit the atelier for a complimentary service.

Each piece is carefully cleaned and checked for loose stones, worn prongs and general wear to help maintain both beauty and long-term integrity.

This complimentary service includes:

• Professional jewelry cleaning

• Stone and prong inspection

• Ultrasonic and steam cleaning when appropriate

• Basic wear assessment and care recommendations

No appointment is necessary for most cleanings, although appointments are always welcome for larger collections or time-sensitive requests.
