Shipping & Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your new purchase. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit on Silver Collection jewellery only, returned within 7 (seven) days of taking delivery of your purchase. You are responsible for the cost of insured return shipping. No returns or exchange after 7 days. No refunds. Custom made jewellery is not returnable.
Worn, damaged or altered jewellery is not returnable under any circumstances.
All returns for exchange on store credit must meet the following criteria:
- No signs of being worn
- All tags must be attached
- All original packaging must be included
All returns require an authorization—email.

Orders placed before 12:00pm PST will generally be shipped out on the same day*. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next Business day (if Monday is a holiday). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location.
Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. Please note that all shipping times are in business days. We currently offer Complimentary Ground Shipping, Complimentary 2-Day UPS Shipping, and Overnight UPS Shipping for $85.00.
