Every order from the Robin Woolard atelier is carefully prepared, fully insured and presented in our signature luxury packaging before leaving the studio.

We are pleased to offer complimentary UPS 2 day or USPS ground shipping within the United States on all orders.

However, if for some reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 15 days of your purchase with No signs of being worn Jewelry must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund, including boxes and pouches.

Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.

You are responsible for the cost of insured return shipping.
